The invention discloses a digital toll collection management system using big data. The digital toll collection management system comprises a license plate, which is connected with a vehicle body, and is disposed on the top part of the vehicle body; a cloud station management platform; a third party toll collection terminal; a vehicle owner cell phone terminal; and a passing vehicle monitoring system disposed on an entrance/exit of a toll station. The passing vehicle monitoring system is connected with the cloud station management platform. The passing vehicle monitoring system is used to acquire the license plate information, the positioning information, the time information of the vehicle passing by the toll station, and is used to transmit the license plate information, the positioning information, the time information, and vehicle state information to the cloud station management platform. The cloud station management platform is used to receive the license plate information, the positioning information, the time information, and the vehicle state information transmitted by the passing vehicle monitoring system, and when the received vehicle state information is the entering of the vehicle, the license plate information, the positioning information, the time information of the vehicle entering the toll station are transmitted to the registered vehicle owner cell phone terminal bound up with the license plate.
