CLOUD-BASED HUMAN RESOURCE BIG DATA ANALYSIS AND DECISION MAKING FOR GROUP ENTERPRISES

In light of the fact that traditional human resource decision-making technology is unable of distinguishing huge human resource data, resulting in poor decision-making effectiveness, this study proposes a cloud-based big data analysis and decision-making system for human resources. In such a system, extensive company human resource data is transmitted and processed, and flexible data management technology is used to standard i se the data. In addition to the SaaS mode in the cloud computing platform, a Hadoop-based enterprise human resource big data analysis framework is created. During a specific analysis procedure, the optimization design of network data transmission and the optimization design of local storage of intermediate results are utilised to search and calculate group human resource data using MapReduce engine and Hadoop framework. The results of the case analysis indicate that the system has greater integrity of decision-making outcomes, which compensates for the deficiencies of conventional human resource management, such as the lack of data resources and the fact that data from multiple data sources cannot be isomorphic and standardised.
