It is vital to comprehend Big Data's impact on libraries and the resulting difficulties. Networks and digital technologies are dynamic, generating massive volumes of data. As a result, effective library collection expansion requires a realistic customer needs analysis. Using Big Data technologies may also help uncover new insights and improve existing services. As a result of self-adaptive personalised information systems and knowledge-based decision support, library employees may utilise big data analytics to analyse and enhance services9. Libraries are responsible for preserving digital data for users, research organisations, universities, and governments. Massive amounts of raw data must be prepared to the user's needs. In this instance, librarians must convert, analyse, and provide knowledge to users. To be valid, visible, and accessible in the digital era is a unique concept for librarians. Big data helps users to explore data in new ways. We asked IT (Information Technology) experts on Big Data's importance to library operations. We observed and voiced our worries.
