The modular AI engine server of the present disclosure includes: a communication part configured to perform communication with at least one IoT device and a big data server; and a control part configured to determine an AI analysis model suitable for analyzing at least one piece of sensor data received from the IoT device, and analyze the sensor data by using the determined AI analysis model.
