The embodiment of the invention provides a vehicle peripheral control method and device, a vehicle, a system and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining to-be-added peripheral information in response to user operation; based on the to-be-added peripheral information, network distribution information is sent to the to-be-added peripheral; sending peripheral binding request information to the IoT platform based on the to-be-added peripheral information; and on the basis of updating of the H5 control page of the IoT platform, peripheral adding is completed. According to the method, IoT SDK and Wifi networking functions are integrated through derivative equipment, and the derivative equipment is directly connected to an IoT background; the internet-connected vehicle machine end is integrated with IoT SDK at the same time, so that communication between the internet-connected vehicle machine and the derivative equipment is realized; meanwhile, an H5 webpage is adopted in an HMI interaction interface of the vehicle-mounted terminal, only the H5 webpage and an IoT background need to be modified when new equipment is added and control function newly-added equipment is operated, and network-connected vehicle-mounted terminal software does not need to be updated. Moreover, each device can be independently accessed to the IoT platform through wifi, and the access number of the devices is not limited by network-connected vehicle machine interface resources.
