The invention discloses transparent networking equipment based on an NB-IOT and a Modbus protocol, and relates to the field of electromechanical device control. The transparent networking equipment based on the NB-IOT and Modbus protocols comprises an STM32RCT6 processor unit, an NB-IOT communication module, an internal storage unit, an RS485 chip, an RS232 chip and a W5500 network chip based on aTCP communication mode. The whole terminal device is composed of five parts, namely the STM32RCT6 processor unit, the NB-IOT communication module, the RS485 chip, the RS232 chip and the W5500 networkchip based on a TCP communication mode. High-efficiency Modbus data transmission under a low-power-consumption NB-IOT communication module network is realized, rapid networking between an upper computer and electromechanical equipment can be realized, and the STM32RCT6 processor unit receives signals of the NB-IOT communication module. According to the invention, through arranging an STM32RCT6 processor unit, an NB-IOT communication module, an internal storage unit, an RS485 chip, an RS232 chip and a W5500 network chip based on a TCP communication mode, the narrow-band Internet of Things NB-IOT based on the honeycomb can conveniently and effectively monitor the field device.
