The integrated service platform server comprises: a communication interface for transmitting and collecting data; a memory in which an IoT list table is stored; a scan module configured to scan/search for IoT devices in a smart home; a clustering module configured to group the scanned IoT devices; a filter module configured to generate filtered raw data and store it in a raw data database (DB); a conversion module configured to access the raw data DB and classify the raw data stored in the raw data DB by data type; a convolution module configured to compare each data input from the conversion module with a range, extract data outside the range, and store the data in a convolution data DB; a prediction module configured to predict/determine a situation in the smart home including a state of a user in the smart home; and an integrated service module configured to provide an integrated service which integrates each function of the plurality of IoT devices.
