The system includes an IoT monitoring module, an incoming call ring IoT control module and an incoming call ring module. The IoT monitoring module monitors the state of at least one IoT device. The incoming call ring IoT control module queries the state of the IoT device through the IoT monitoring module via a telecommunication network to convert the state of the IoT device from texts to a sound source file. The incoming call ring module captures the sound source file from the ncoming callring IoT control module and provides the state of the IoT device based on the incoming call ringing of the sound source file.
