The invention discloses a system and a method for improving online detection efficiency of a 5G NB-IoT private network Internet of Things terminal. The system is composed of an electromagnetic wave shielding room, a shielding room signal monitoring control terminal and a signal attenuation/interference unit, and meanwhile, an NB-IoT base station, an NB-IoT core network and a cloud detection server of an operator are utilized. The electromagnetic wave signal shielding box can provide stable, expected and controllable NB-IoT signals by introducing the NB-IoT base station, so that each NB-IoT terminal to be detected can receive uniform and consistent NB-IoT signals. The NB-IoT base station is independently used for the electromagnetic wave shielding box, and the capacity is sufficiently guaranteed, so that the NPRACH conflict probability and the NPUSCH interference certainty are high. By monitoring the strength RSSI of the uplink signal, the NB-IoT terminal is activated by using the infrared command, so that the waiting time is shortened. According to the invention, under the condition of the target RSRP and the target SINR, the number of NB-IoT terminals for online detection can be significantly increased, the detection efficiency is improved, and the production cost of an enterprise is reduced.
