The security device according to the present invention comprises: an integrity inspection part performing an integrity inspection based on a hash value of a firmware corresponding to the IoT device in a process of booting the IoT device; a password inspection part checking a password of the IoT device and performing a password inspection, when the integrity inspection is successful; a booting suspension part suspending the booting at least one of a case when the integrity inspection is failed and a case when the password inspection is failed; and a warning notification part providing a warning alarm to a user of the IoT device based on at least one of a password security strength and a password change period.
