REMOTE MONITORING IOT MODULAR HOUSE SYSTEM DEDICATED TO SENIOR CITIZEN WHO LIVES ALONE

The present invention a remote monitoring IoT modular house system dedicated to a senior citizen who lives alone, which is designed in a movable wall structure to maximize space efficiency, can take an emergency measure when an unexpected situation (accident) of a senior citizen who lives alone occurs, and can prevent an accident by checking the health condition and living pattern of the senior citizen who lives alone by using image pattern analysis, an infrared monitoring sensor, and water/electricity usage detection from a remote place. In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, the remote monitoring IoT modular house system comprises: a modular house formed in a unit module; an IoT sensor unit separately installed in the modular house, and including an infrared sensor for detecting the activities of a senior citizen who lives alone, an electricity usage measuring sensor for measuring electricity usage of the modular house, and a water usage measuring sensor for measuring water usage of the modular house; an IoT gateway including an IoT communication unit for receiving information detected or measured by the IoT sensor unit, and a control unit directly connected to the IoT sensor unit in a manager terminal to set a condition of the IoT sensor unit, and transmitting information received from the IoT communication unit through the IoT communication unit; and a server unit including a server communication unit for performing reception through the IoT gateway, a memory unit for storing information transmitted from the server communication unit and a reference condition of the IoT sensor unit, an analysis unit for analyzing a pattern on the basis of information stored in the memory unit, and a management unit for transmitting information to a manager terminal and a designated institution through the server communication unit when reaching the reference condition on the basis of information analyzed by the analysis unit.
