The system comprises a system front end, an NB-IOT cellular base station and a system rear end. The system front end establishes communication connection with the system rear end through the NB-IOT cellular base station. The system front end comprises a gate, a gate controller, a motor control module, an NB-IOT module and a power supply module. The gate is controlled by the motor control module and used for closing or opening the passage port. The motor control module is connected with the motor of the gate. The gate controller is connected with the motor control module. The NB-IOT module is connected with the gate controller and the system rear end. The power supply module is used for supplying power to the gate controller, the motor control module and the NB-IOT module. Interconnection of the passage gate and the remote server side can be realized so that the server side is enabled to timely know the operation state of the served passage gate.
