The invention discloses a privacy-protected multi-scale multi-attention IoT (Internet of Things) attack detection method, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, acquiring an IoT attack data set, and preprocessing IoT attack data in the IoT attack data set; and secondly, constructing an IoT attack detection deep learning model integrating multi-scale feature extraction and a lightweight multi-attention module, and inputting preprocessed IoT attack data to obtain an IoT attack detection result. And finally, combining the IoT attack detection deep learning model with federated learning, and obtaining an optimal IoT attack detection deep learning model through multiple iterations and parameter tuning. According to the method, the detection capability of multi-stage attacks in a dynamic environment is improved, meanwhile, the lightweight of the module is kept, the method is suitable for IoT equipment with limited resources, and the data privacy is effectively guaranteed.
