The invention provides a mobile alternating current-direct current charging pile based on a NB-IOT technology and relates to the field of alternating current-direct current charging application of theNB-IOT technology. The mobile alternating current-direct current charging pile based on the NB-IOT technology mainly comprises a microprocessor, a NB-IOT module, a CAN communication module, a power supply module and a base device; the NB-IOT module and the CAN communication module are correspondingly in double way connection with the microprocessor; and the base device can be manually moved and can also be driven by power.`Charging information and information of a vehicle-mounted battery management system are obtained by using the CAN communication module; the information is uploaded to a monitoring service platform by using a CAN NB-IOT network technology; and the monitoring service platform monitors information such as a charging voltage, a current, a power factor, a temperature, a voltage of a vehicle-mounted battery, a current of the vehicle-mounted battery, a monomer battery voltage and a monomer current in real time. According to the mobile alternating current-direct current charging pile based on the NB-IOT technology, the charging of an alternating current electric vehicle and the charging of a direct current electric vehicle are simultaneously met; and according to the position of an electric vehicle to be charged, the mobile alternating current-direct current charging pile based on the NB-IOT technology rapidly moves to a position beside the electric vehicle to be charged to charge the electric vehicle to be charged so as to supplement enough electric energy to the electric vehicle to be charged.
