According to one embodiment of the present invention, the method comprises the following steps of: when device registration is requested by an IoT platform device, connecting a first blockchain node associated with the IoT platform device to a blockchain network; corresponding a decentralized identity (DID)-based integrated identifier given to the IoT platform device through the first blockchain node to in a blockchain ledger by corresponding to the device prime;s unique identifier; when an access request to the IoT platform device is generated in a heterogeneous IoT platform device, using a second blockchain node associated with the heterogeneous IoT platform device connected to the blockchain network to inquire a unique identifier corresponding to the integrated identifier from the blockchain ledger; and forwarding the access request from the heterogeneous IoT platform device to the IoT platform device identified by the unique identifier on an IoT network.
