In the method according to an embodiment of the present invention, a virtual IoT proxy is generated when an IoT server searches for an IoT device, a tunnel is formed to allow an IoT packet data network gateway to transmit IoT data between an IoT bridge and an IoT proxy which are connected to the IoT device such that upstream IoT data or downstream IoT data is transmitted through the tunnel between the IoT bridge and the IoT proxy, and the IoT data can be transmitted by being converted in accordance with a protocol when the IoT data is transmitted between the IoT proxy and the IoT server. Therefore, the present invention can secure transmission of the IoT data through the duplication and virtualization of the IoT network, and also secure network reliability through the duplication.
