According to the present invention, a method for controlling access between IoT terminals comprises the steps of: receiving a request message to control a state of an IoT reception terminal from an IoT transmission terminal, by the IoT reception terminal; performing at least one access control check on the request message based on stored access control information, by the IoT reception terminal; controlling access of the IoT transmission terminal to the IoT reception terminal based on a result of the performing of the access control check, by the IoT reception terminal; and transmitting a response message to the IoT transmission terminal, by the IoT reception terminal, wherein the request message includes a token ID that is access authority information on resource of the IoT reception terminal.
