Disclosed are a method for binding an NB-IoT device, and an Internet of things control system. The method comprises: when detecting a first operation instruction, an NB-IoT device sends a first binding message to a cloud management platform, the first binding message carrying device information of the NB-IoT device and a first device identifier; the cloud management platform stores the device information and the first device identifier correspondingly; when detecting a second operation instruction, a management terminal obtains the first device identifier of the NB-IoT device to be bound, and sends a second binding message to the cloud management platform, the second binding message carrying the first device identifier; the cloud management platform, based on the first device identifier carried in the second binding message, locally searches for the device information corresponding to the first device identifier, and sends the device information to the management terminal; the management terminal stores the device information as device information for binding the NB-IoT device. According to the present invention, the NB-IoT device can be bound with the management terminal.
