Through the scheme of the invention, the communication service is separated from the system service, the system service does not directly participate in the communication with the IOT terminal any more, the equipment shadow provides data, and the shadow service is specially responsible for the communication with the IOT terminal, so that the time consumption of acquiring the related data of the IOT terminal by various services through the system is reduced, and the interaction experience and the response speed are effectively improved.
