According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method comprise the steps of: acquiring a flickering image by photographing a flickering state of a light emitting diode (LED) array of a transmission node; acquiring a data frame including an ID (IDentifier) of IoT equipment and a sensing value of the IoT equipment from the flickering image; acquiring the ID of the IoT equipment and the sensing value of the IoT equipment on the basis of the data frame; and monitoring the IoT equipment on the basis of the ID of the IoT equipment and the sensing value of the IoT equipment.
