According to the present invention, the IoT system includes an IoT purifier, a central server, a user terminal and at least one IoT device. The central server learns status information of the IoT purifier by inputting data about the type of a purification filter of the IoT purifier and water which has not been filtered through the purification filter, and past data about the usage of the IoT purifier, use time information of the IoT purifier and a replacement cycle of the purifier filter into an artificial intelligence model as input data; and obtains the type of a purification filter to be replaced and a replacement period of the purification filter as output data and transmits the data to the user terminal when the current status information is received from the IoT water purifier and inputted into the learned artificial intelligence model as input data.
