According to an embodiment, an IoT gateway module comprises: a communication module connected to a plurality of IoT devices each assigned unique identification information, receiving state information representing the state of each of the plurality of IoT devices from the plurality of IoT devices, and transmitting a control signal for controlling the operation of the plurality of IoT devices to the plurality of IoT devices; a processor for obtaining state information from the plurality of IoT devices and controlling the operation of the plurality of IoT devices according to the control signal provided from a private branch exchange (PBX) module; a memory unit for storing the state information for each of the plurality of IoT devices in response to the unique identification information; and a power supply module for generating and supplying the power needed to drive the IoT gateway module based on the control signal applied from the PBX module.
