More specifically, the system uses the information accumulated in a big data DB through a wireless mesh network to provide a parking view service of providing information regarding adjacent convenience facilities, recommending the most appropriate parking lot, and show the frequently visited parking lots. The method includes: a communication step of conducting a wireless communication operation between a gateway/router and an IoT fusion parking guide monitoring server in the IoT fusion parking guide monitoring system by using a mesh network scheme; a step of storing IoT sensor devices to the big data DB through the IoT fusion parking guide monitoring data analysis module in the IoT fusion parking guide monitoring system server by using the wireless communication; and a step of providing the parking viewer service of transmitting the IoT sensor device information stored in the big data DB to a user terminal of the IoT fusion parking guide monitoring system including a web or mobile entity through the IoT fusion parking guide monitoring server. The parking viewer service providing step includes a step of providing a single parking lot system expressing the detailed information and condition of a single parking lot being selected, and a multi-parking lot system expressing the conditions of multiple parking lots when a user finds and select parking lots in linkage with an internet map service in the IoT fusion parking guide monitoring system.
