The invention discloses an IOT device data processing method based on double chains, which is applied to a system comprising a cloud server and a plurality of IOT devices. The cloud server is connected with the plurality of IOT devices, and the IOT devices are divided into a plurality of groups; the data processing method comprises the following steps: broadcasting a first hash value of each IOT device in a group to other IOT devices in the group to construct a single chain between the IOT devices in the group; broadcasting the second hash value of the optional IOT device from each single chain to the optional IOT device from other single chains to construct a heavy chain of the inter-group IOT device; performing data synchronization of the IOT devices in the group based on the single chain; and performing data synchronization of the inter-group IOT device based on the heavy chain. By establishing the single chain of the IOT devices in the groups and the heavy chain of the IOT devicesbetween the groups, real-time synchronization of data between the IOT devices can be achieved, data safety is guaranteed, and bandwidth, time and cloud space are saved.
