Disclosed is an IoT device-based logistics delivery method, which comprises: a step in which an IoT device attached to a goods delivery vehicle delivering a first goods receives an information on a delivery destination of the first goods from a server which the IoT device can access; a step in which the IoT device determines whether the delivery destination is included in a certain collection area determined based on a first goods collection place of the first goods; a step in which the IoT device classifies the first goods as an immediately deliverable goods when the IoT device has determined that the delivery destination is included in the collection area; a step in which the IoT device collects a district position information of the goods delivery vehicle at a certain cycle after the goods delivery vehicle has started moving along a moving path from the first goods collection place to a hub terminal; a step in which the IoT device calculates the shortest distance between the district position of the goods delivery vehicle and the delivery destination by using the collected district position information; a step in which the IoT device renews the moving path of the goods delivery vehicle by setting the delivery destination as a new stopover when the calculated shortest distance is equal to or shorter than a predetermined first value; and a step in which the IoT device transmits the information on the delivery destination to a delivery man terminal.
