[Solution] An IoT connection system comprising an IoT hub that is realized in the cloud, and an IoT router that exists locally and is connected to the IoT hub, said system being characterized in that: the IoT hub has a first driver for connecting a private cloud to which a first device can connect and the IoT hub to one another, and/or a second driver for connecting a second device and the IoT hub to one another; and the IoT router has a third driver for connecting a third device and the IoT router to one another, the IoT router being an information processing terminal that is capable of communicating with a prescribed base station, and the third device being connected to the IoT hub under specified circumstances by a tethering function with which the IoT router is provided.
