The system includes the IoT terminal that transmits a device registration notification for associating the IoT terminal and the manager, and a device managing unit that receives the device registration notification, associates the IoT terminal and the manager, and generates published address-related information for uniquely identifying an address where information distributed by the IoT terminal is published. The user terminal acquires the published address-related information generated by the device managing unit.
