The present invention relates to an IoT-based integrated control system for a logistics platform based on IoT, wherein logistics platform equipment controlled by various wired and wireless communications are integrally controlled by using integrated IoT-based facilities to achieve the organic operation of the logistics platform and enhance work efficiency. The system of the present invention comprises: IoT devices composed of automated facilities to perform unit processes in a logistics center and driven and controlled according to control signals transmitted through a preset communication protocol to perform unit processes; an IoT engine transmitting the control signal to the IoT device according to the transmitted driving command, receiving driving status information from the IoT devices, and transmitting the driving status information for each IoT device to a management module; a management module designing business processes, converting the designed business processes into operating commands for the IoT device, and transmitting the same to the IoT engine; and a database storing data necessary for business design and execution, wherein the work process includes an operation rate that sets the operating speed of the IoT devices. According to the present invention, the organicity among the unit processes that make up the work process is enhanced to make each unit process linked and operated, thereby maximizing the operation efficiency of the work process.
