The invention discloses an IOT-based electronic blood glucose patch and an implementation method thereof. The IOT-based electronic blood glucose patch and the implementation method thereof are convenient to use, the IOT technology is adopted, the IOT glucometer body transmits the blood glucose condition of a patient to a cloud platform for permanent storage, a mobile network transmission function is achieved, a mobile phone can log in a cloud platform to check data, and the cloud platform is connected with a his system to be used by a hospital; and doctors can conduct long-term tracking and real-time calling and checking, later-period treatment and rehabilitation of patients are facilitated, and use by users is facilitated.
