The method can repair network vulnerabilities of Internet of Things devices in time by adopting a virtual patch technology. The method comprises: an IOT cloud agent platform firstly determining that an IOT device has a vulnerability, and thensending a vulnerability virtual patch searched according to baseline data to the IOT device, so that the IOT device repairs a software package a according to the vulnerability virtual patch to generate a software package c; receiving response information sent by the IOT device; wherein the response information is generated by the IOT device according to a software package c, penetration test software searched according to a version number of a software package b sent by an IOT cloud agent platform, a threat attack level of the software package b sent by the IOT cloud agent platform and a level verification vulnerability virtual patch of the vulnerability virtual patch; and finally, if the response information is that the vulnerability virtual patch is valid, sending the vulnerability virtual patch to other IOT devices.
