The IoT server further includes a controller configured to generate a second command to control a target device among the pluralityof IoT devices to execute at least one IoT function of the IoT functions, in response to a first command from an IoT application. The first command is converted into a format executable in the targetdevice and transmitted to the target device as the second command.
