According to the present invention, the IoT device is a first IoT device of the IoT network including the first to nth IoT devices (n is a natural number of 2 or more) and comprises: a key generation unit storing a master key and having a key generation logic generating a personal key based on the master key; a communication unit communicating with second IoT to nth IoT devices included in the IoT network; and an operation unit (a) determining whether the first IoT device is the master device in the IoT network, (b) generating second to nth personal keys corresponding to each of the second to nth IoT devices through the key generation unit and transmitting the second to nth personal keys to a corresponded device among the second to nth IoT devices through the communication unit when the first IoT device is the master device in the IoT network, and (c) receiving a first personal key corresponding to the first IoT device from the master device among the second to nth IoT devices through the communication unit when the first IoT device is not the master device in the IoT network.
