INTERACTIVE METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR DEFENDING AGAINST ZERO-DAY MALWARE

An objective of the present invention is to provide an interactive method and an apparatus for defending against zero-day malware, which support interaction between IoT devices to detect and defend against zero-day malware on an IoT network based on deep learning. The high-performance IoT device comprises: a communication unit configured to communicate with a plurality of low-performance IoT devices; and a control unit configured to define a data type by comparing each piece of IoT network data received from the plurality of low-performance IoT devices with pre-stored IoT network data, to calculate a probability of providing a signature of new zero-day malware to a low-performance IoT device associated with a data type when a data type different from the pre-stored data types is detected, and to transmit the signature to the corresponding low-performance IoT device based on the calculated probability. According to the present invention, high-performance IoT devices can share signatures of new zero-day malware based on Shapley values, thereby improving the detection rate of zero-day malware and enhancing the security of the IoT network.
