By making the NB-IOT device be switched from a power saving mode to an idle state by means of remote control, it is ensured that interaction can be completely performed, the duration of an idle state high-power consumption mode merely is N minutes after being powered on, and the influence of the duration on the whole power consumption may be ignored, thereby ensuring the realization of low power consumption interaction.
