The invention discloses an intelligent unmanned parking management system based on the NB-IoT network. The system comprises a user terminal which can access the IoT network and further comprises a processor, a database connected with the processor, an LED display screen and a parking stall IoT communication module matched with the number of parking stalls, wherein the user terminal is matched withthe parking stall IoT communication module. After a vehicle enters a parking lot, connection between the user terminal and the parking stall IoT communication module is established by a user after the parking stall is found out, the vehicle information including the license plate number is taken as the parking information to send to the parking stall IoT communication module, the information is sent by the parking stall IoT communication module to the processor, the data is stored by the processor into the database, moreover, all the parking information of the database is extracted, after processing, the parking stall occupation status is sent as display data to the LED display screen. The system is advantaged in that the automation degree is high, and the safety degree is high.
