The invention discloses an intelligent Internet of Things module system and method based on NB-IoT positioning and RFID. The intelligent Internet of Things module system based on NB-IoT positioning and RFID comprises an NB-IoT positioning module, an RFID electronic tag, a adjustment and control MCU, an RFID reader-writer and an intelligent module background management device, an RFID reader-writeris used for judging the warehouse-in and warehouse-out state of the goods, a fixed secret key is written into an RFID electronic tag, a adjustment and control MCU is activated, and meanwhile when theadjustment and control MCU checks that the fixed secret key information is correct, an electric signal is sent out to enable an NB-IoT positioning module to be dormant or awakened; and then, the awakened NB-IoT positioning module is selected and accessed to a corresponding base station, a corresponding positioning interface program is called to obtain position information of the NB-IoT positioning module, and associated storage is performed in combination with time information, so that the operation is simple, and the power consumption is low.
