The method comprises an intelligent cloud lock, a processor platform end, a cloud server, a sensing controller, a mobile terminal and an NB-IOT communication module, wherein the NB-IOT communication module is used for connecting data interaction between the processor platform end and the cloud server; the sensing controller is used for sensing and collecting the unlocking and locking information of the intelligent cloud lock and summarizing the collected unlocking and locking information of the intelligent cloudlock to the processor platform end; and the processor platform end is arranged in the intelligent cloud lock, is used for receiving the unlocking and locking information of the intelligent cloud locksent by the sensing controller, and is used for sending the received unlocking and locking information of the intelligent cloud lock to the cloud server through the NB-IOT communication module.
