The home IoT control system according to the present invention includes an occupants information inference part for generating an occupants inference probability inferring whether a user corresponding to the event of a user terminal and a home IoT terminal is occupied; a dialog inference part for inferring the control command of the home IoT terminal and a guide type user guide interface corresponding to the occupants inference probability; and a home IoT control part for providing a control command to the user terminal according to a guide type and including a guide providing part for determining the control command to be transmitted to the home IoT terminal. According to the present invention, provided is an intelligent home IoT control service for automatically controlling a home IoT terminal by determining a control command corresponding to an event generated in a home.
