The invention discloses a highway protection fence collision detection method based on the NB-IoT and the Beidou technique. The method comprises a collision energy detector, a wireless communication device, a power supply module and a monitoring management center, wherein the wireless communication device is an NB-IoT module. The highway protection fence collision detection method based on the NB-IoT and the Beidou technique specifically comprises the following steps: S1, performing substantial improvement on a conventional highway protection fence, and setting collision energy detection modules in equal distances on highway protection fences on both sides of a highway; S2, in case of collision, transmitting acquired data to a main control MCU by a sensor when an NB-IoT protection fence collision energy detection module works; S3, after the MCU receives data, carrying out algorithm processing, and transmitting processed data to a base station after standard NB-IoT networking protocols;S4, further transmitting the data to a control center server by the base station, and finally transmitting the data to the monitoring management center. According to the NB-IoT technique, the methodis low in power consumption, stable in networking protocol, safe in data and wide in deploy range because of adoption of an NB-IoT network.
