A high-sensitivity thermo-hygrometer supporting NB-IoT, comprising a dry-bulb quartz crystal probe (1), a wet-bulb quartz crystal probe (2), a water reservoir and diversion fiber piece (3), a micro fan (4), a satellite navigation system antenna (5), a satellite navigation system module (6), an ASIC (7), a NB-IoT chip (8), an NB-IoT antenna (9), a lithium ion rechargeable battery and charging interface (10), and a display and setting panel (11). Relying on a dry-bulb temperature and a wet-bulb temperature which have 1 mK temperature measurement accuracy, a high-precision digital air psychrometric chart, a high-precision cubic polynomial curve interpolation algorithm, and an atmospheric pressure correction value provided by a satellite navigation system, relative humidity having a 5-significant-digit calculation value and a 4-significant-digit display value can be obtained, which is sufficient to display the dynamic change of indoor humidity. The thermo-hygrometer is high in sensitivity, high in stability, high in apparent accuracy, low in power consumption, capable of supporting Internet of things, and has the capacities of coordinating and closed-loop controlling an air-conditioner, a dehumidifier, and a humidifier.
