Fuente: Wipo "IOT" The present invention relates to a heterogeneous IoT network integrated control management gateway system based on device profiles and a method thereof. The system includes a gateway configured to explore for IoT devices in a heterogeneous IoT network and connect the IoT devices to enable communication with the devices; to receive device profile information or network protocol versions of the IoT devices from the devices; to check whether the system implements device profiles of the IoT devices; to obtain metadata storing the device profiles from a metadata server if the system does not implement the device profiles; and to store a list about control management information or state about the IoT devices by parsing the device profiles obtained from the metadata server or implemented by the system. Therefore, a user can integrally control and manage a specific IoT device regardless of a lower network protocol of the specific IoT device as well as dynamically support the generation and transformation of an IoT device profile.
