According to the method, an NB-IoT antenna acquires an NB-IoT wireless signal and transmits the NB-IoT wireless signal to an NB-IoT communication module; the NB-IoT communication module receives the NB-IoT wireless signal and performs demodulation, down-conversion, signaling reading and network optimization on the NB-IoT wireless signal so as to obtain the processing data and transmit the processing data to a client side; the communication driving module of the client side realizes communication between the client side and the NB-IoT communication module; and the TCP/IP protocol stack module of the client side receives the processing data and maps the processing data into the network card equipment which canbe identified by the handheld terminal so as to realize data network transmission. Connection and installation of the handheld terminal can be realized through the data interface, and the original PCside function can be completed through the handheld terminal so as to realize NB-IoT network optimization.
