A fire induction light terminal for time-division IoT sensor data transmission is disclosed. The fire induction light terminal for time-division IoT sensor data transmission comprises: an IoT sensor data collection module that collects a plurality of IoT sensor data related to fire in real-time from a plurality of IoT sensors; an IoT sensor time-division data generation module that generates IoT sensor time-division data using the plurality of IoT sensor data collected in real-time by the IoT sensor data collection module; a wired communication module that transmits the IoT sensor time-division data generated by the IoT sensor time-division data generation module to a building management center terminal in real-time; and an emergency situation detection module that detects an emergency situation using the IoT sensor data collected in real-time from the IoT sensor data collection module. According to the fire induction light terminal for time-division transmission of IoT sensor data described above, each fire induction light terminal is equipped with a mobile communication module to continuously transmit IoT sensor data to a fire control center terminal through a mobile communication network even if the wired communication network in the building is blocked after a fire occurs, thereby allowing the fire situation within the building to be continuously monitored from outside despite the disruption of the communication network due to the fire.
