The invention provides an equipment intelligent control method based on NB-IOT, and an Internet of Things control platform and system, and the method comprises the steps: S101, determining whether the control operation for equipment needs to be executed according to received information, if so, executing S102, and if not, executing S101; S102, determining the equipment as a control object, determining whether NB-IOT communication connection with the control object can be achieved or not, if so, executing S104, and if not, executing S103; S103, searching for Internet of Things equipment which activates NB-IOT communication and can be in wireless communication connection with the control object, and triggering the control object to activate NB-IOT communication through the Internet of Things equipment; and S104, performing NB-IOT communication connection with the control object, and sending a control instruction to the control object according to the information. According to the method, the rapid response of the equipment to the instruction is ensured, the NB-IOT module of the equipment can be prevented from being active for a long time, the energy consumption is reduced, the cost is reduced, the use is facilitated, and the use experience of the user is improved.
