The invention discloses an encryption system for a shared product. The encryption system comprises a background server, an IOT module and a client, and the IOT module arranged on the shared product comprises a communication module. The client is connected with the IOT module through the communication module; when the client sends a connection instruction, the MAC address and the unique key are obtained from the background server according to the acquired ID number of the IOT module, and the IOT module is connected through the MAC address acquired by the client; the client requests a Token codefrom the IOT module before performing data communication with the IOT module, and after the IOT module transmits the generated Token to the client, the client performs secondary encryption on communication data through the Token code when communicating with the IOT module; the IOT module decrypts the unique key and the received encrypted communication data into actual communication data through areverse decryption algorithm; and when the IOT module sends data to the client, the data is firstly subjected to double encryption of the unique key and the Token code and then is sent through the communication module.
