The tracker comprises an NB-IOT intelligent tracker, wherein the NB-IOT intelligenttracker is used for vehicle state detecting, motion trajectory tracking and positioning, and the NB-IOT intelligent tracker carries out omni-directional indoor and outdoor tracking and positioning and public supervision services through an NB-IOT network; the power supply of the NB-IOT intelligent tracker adopts external power supply and a spare lithium battery. If the NB-IOT intelligent trackeris applied to an electric vehicle, the tracker can be powered by a USB and interacts with an in-vehicle infotainment system. The NB-IOT intelligent tracker includes an MCU module, an external interface module, a power management module, an ultra-low power control module, a state detection module, a tracking and positioning module, a network communication module and an antenna design module. Basedon the NB-IOT network, with the help of the existing cloud platform of the internet of things and management application software of a server, the tracker can carry out vehicle trajectory tracking, positioning and current state detection, and daily public management services.
