The system comprises a terminal layer, a network layer, a platform layer and an application layer; the terminal layer comprises a NB-IoT terminal, the NB-IoT terminal is mounted on an electric bicycle, the NB-IoT terminal integrates a NB-IoT module and is connected with a NB-IoT base station, and the NB-IoT terminal acquires data of the electric bicycle and then uploads information to the platform layer through the NB-IoT base station; the network layer comprises the NB-IoT base station and a NB-IoT core network, the NB-IoT base station provides a wireless access service for the NB-IoT terminal, and sends the electric bicycle data acquired by the NB-IoT terminal to the NB-IoT core network; the NB-IoT corenetwork identifies validity of the NB-IoT terminal, stores data of the NB-IoT terminal, is docked to the platform layer, and provides the data of the NB-IoT terminal to the platform layer.
