The present invention relates to an eco-friendly plant growth system for automatically supplying water and reusing purified water and, more specifically, to an eco-friendly plant growth system for automatically supplying water and reusing purified water, in which an IoT module to which conditions required for plant growth is input is installed in an IoT flowerpot, plants can be grown effectively through the IoT module, water is automatically supplied to the IoT flowerpot, the supplied water can be reused. To this end, the eco-friendly plant growth system comprises: an IoT flowerpot where plants are planted; an IoT module which is used by being installed in the IoT flowerpot, which includes a moisture sensor detecting a lack of moisture and determining whether or not to supply moisture, and into which standard values of illumination, humidity, and temperature required for plant growth are input; a filtering unit filtering and purifying the water when water supplied to the upper end of the IoT flowerpot flows downward; a water supply means determining that moisture is below the standard value when the moisture sensor detects a lack of moisture during plant cultivation, moving the stored water to the upper part to supply the water to the IoT flowerpot, and reusing the water passing through the filtering unit; and a water supply control unit supplying the water to the water supply means when the water is below a predetermined amount and cutting off the water when the moisture content exceeds the predetermined amount.
