The present invention provides an earthquake disaster safety system using an IoT module and an LED which can quickly provide emergency situation and escape route information. According to the present invention, the earthquake disaster safety system using an IoT module and an LED comprises: an IoT module including a plurality of IoT sensors installed on prescribed positions of a building at prescribed intervals to sense an earthquake disaster situation, and an IoT relay to receive vibration detection signals sensed by the IoT sensors via Bluetooth communication to recognize the vibration detection signals as earthquake detection signals if the vibration detection signals are higher than or equal to a prescribed reference value; a plurality of LED lighting devices which are arranged at prescribed separation intervals in the building for lighting, and operate in any one mode among a general lighting mode and an earthquake disaster lighting mode by a control signal of the IoT relay depending on whether an earthquake disaster situation occurs and clears; a hub arranged on a prescribed position of the building capable of Bluetooth communication from the IoT relay to receive an earthquake detection signal from the IoT relay; and a cloud server connected to the hub via a general wired/wireless communication network to transmit a feedback control signal corresponding to an earthquake occurrence signal or an earthquake clearance signal and transmit earthquake occurrence-related information to a mobile communication terminal of a manager and mobile communication terminals of general users such as building residents.
