The data transaction unit, on the basis of a buy offer of IoT data placed through a predetermined account and a sell offer placed through an account of the IoT device, instructs the data transport unit to deliver the IoT data to a data provider which possesses the account through which the buy offer was placed from the IoT device, and gives the monetary value of the delivered IoT data to the account of the IoT device.
